Praise be to you God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for our Eternal High Priest, Jesus, your Son, and for
the share all your holy people have in His Priesthood through Baptism, Confirmation and The Eucharist. During this year
for Priests, we praise you especially for those configured to your Son as Head and Shepherd of His church through the
sacrament of Holy Orders. Conform them to the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ, as their priestly hearts beat in union with
His Most Sacred Heart. Increase their number, confirm their faith, intensify their zeal. Renew our love for them. Keep
them close to the Mother of Your Son. We pray, in union with St. John Vianney, through Christ our Lord. Amen. - Archbishop
